Rep. Buck-Taylor supports veterans during Cruzin’ New Milford
August 15, 2013Showing support for veterans and current members of the armed services, State Representative Cecilia Buck-Taylor on Sunday, Aug. 11, attended the Cruzin’ New Milford Car and Motorcycle show.
“I was particularly honored to meet CW3 Ret. Donald Eggen, Jr., who served in the Special Forces for 23 years and USMC Anthony Yakacki, 4th Marine Division, who celebrated his 19th birthday by storming the shores of Iwo Jima,” Representative Buck-Taylor said. “Let’s never forget these people and all of the others that allow us to enjoy our freedoms.”
Cruzin’ New Milford is a family-friendly event with music, food and face painting.
